Courier Delivery
General Information
Please take note of the shipping days listed on each product page before purchasing.
We recommend taking the item with the longest shipping day as a guide to calculate the shipping duration for your order.
Normally, all items will be consolidated in one single shipment. However, we may also ship your items in separate shipments and no extra delivery fees will be charged.
We DO NOT accept cash on delivery, all payments must be made beforehand.
Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Singapore.
Please contact us at hello@shopminthome.com for any shipments outside of Singapore.
Delivery Service
All orders will be dispatched to our external courier partners to process the delivery.
Orders will be delivered within the shipping days listed on each product page.
Delivery Days
Monday – Saturday, 9am to 10pm
Please note that there will not be any delivery made on Sunday and Public Holidays.
If you are not available and missed the delivery, delivery will be made in the next 2 consecutive business days.
Delivery Charges
Flat-rate S$4.90 per order.
FREE shipping for orders S$99 and above ($99 net amount after any promo code is applied).
Tracking of Order
Upon your order is ready for delivery, we will send you an email containing the tracking number and tracking URL.
Please check your email for more information.
Generally, the parcel will reach you within 2 - 3 business days after you receive the delivery email.
